This question is asking why you make and perform written/photographic evidence, look at your your own setting, what information can you gain from the observations you make
e.g detailed analysis of the child's development
What stage of development they are at and where they should be going.
This information can be used to develop individual play plans
You can determine if the child has any unidentified needs
The information gathered can be shared with relevant professionals, you will have detailed written records, with which to work together providing the best out come for the child
