Unit 404 - Reflect on, review and develop own practice.

Reworded ..
How important is it to change & adapt current practice so that any new thinking & ideas can improve what is happening at the moment ?

Best practice and suggestions from outside teams, quality schemes or regulatory requirements will all ask 'what are you doing at the moment to meet certain guidelines... this is so that you can reflect on how things operate and work now and how they can be bettered for the future !

Could you make a list of why changing things to include new ideas might be good, bad and possibly waste time by making no difference !?
