Support organisational requirements for recording, storing and disclosing information and providing reports in an early years setting.

Can anyone help me with this please, I cant find any useful information in the internet or my work books :(
All help is appreciated, thank you!


1.2 practitioners responsibilities and those of others when recording information and producing reports?
1.3 what are the legal requirements?
1.5 explain the actions to take when there are concerns over the recording, storing and sharing of information.
1.6 explain how to keep up to date, accurate and coherent records and reports that are legible and meet legal requirements.
1.8 explain how ICT can support information exchange within and across the setting and external agencies and organisations.

Consider your part in everything to do with recording information/taking notes/updating paper work regarding children's progress & development

1.5 What would happen if this occurred in your setting?

1.6 What are the storage, access, updating procedures for keeping records and reports relevant & understandable in your setting?

1.8 Do you use computers/tablets/ipads in the setting? is any information saved on those devices used and shared with other agencies or organisations eg. local authority - funding, nursery milk scheme?
