I received my Level 4 certificate last wk Just want to say a massive thankyou to all the people on here that helped me out, i'm so glad i found this website i couldn't of done it without Silkysteps.
I'm due to have a meeting this week with my manager to increase my pay now i am a qualified level 4, does anyone know what the hourly rate is for a level 4?

hi there, well done, im just waiting on my certificate coming through for my level 4. what a relief just to be finished. I to am interested in finding out about pay scales. If anyone can help.

Well done on completing your level 4. It sure is a relief but on the other hand i really enjoyed it.

Well done! it depending where your working. I am currently working in a nursery run by a university however will be starting as a supervisor soon in a private run nursery. The difference is nearly £5 an hr between both settings.
So who knows x

Any tips on SHC 32
ESPECIALLY ON THE 2.1 and 2.2 asni feel like banging my head against the wall.

I only attend a class two hours every month and im really confused at the amount of detail i need to include.
