I have been told I ahve to develop a personal development plan.
I did this and handed it in and was told I cannot do it that way. I have to do it this way.

Thing is I am just struggling what things to put on there etc. I have also been told I have to put these on my develoment pplan.
How well do you know the standards
How to adapt to change in eyfs
Knowledge of legislations.
I am struggling on what to put for evidence and how to develop this
Also I have a bit of experience in working with sen children within school and my own children can I put this on there ? also what else can I put on a personal development plan? Anyone got any examples of what I can do?
I really struggle in talking about my self etc so any help would be really appericate it. I feel I am falling behaind on this course as having a lot of home problems etc
