Can anyone please help me with this question.

What is considered to be best practice in relation to childcare services for babies and children under 3 , including government guidelines quality assurance schemes and regulatory requirements that affect the provision of services?

I have been looking at this question for ages, i have wrote about the EYFS, i don't know what else to write any help is much appreciated.

have you looked at any research which informed the eyfs like that which advises one on one care for under 2s? key person practice etc?

Tutu can you recommend any good sites to look at for this. I have looked at different websites and nothing seems to be jumping out at me with what i need for this question. Like i said earlier i have written about the EYFS but after reading it again i don't think i have actually answered the question.
