JenB is on a distinguished road
Stuck again on Unit 1 4.1 and Unit 12 1.1 communication development!!!

I know I am asking a lot of questions lately, the problem is I am a nanny and don't work in a nursery, I try and search in google etc. but sometimes it just wont give me the answers I need.
I am at study day 6 and only have one box left,
The question is:
Write a write a letter to a parent who's child has been displaying unwanted behavior and I need to include:
The behavior policy
Code of conduct
Using rewards and sanctions
How you should deal with conflict
inappropriate behavior
Anti bullying policy
