Help with 402

Hi I have never posted before but need help to finish unit 402 and I'm struggling with 402.2 pc 3, 5 and 6.
Use feedback from children, families, colleagues, other agencies and professionals to support the review of policies and procedures.
Identify relevant, accurate and up to date resources to support children's safeguarding and protection.
Support inter-agency work with other professionals and agencies to support children's safeguarding and protection.
My mind has gone blank I can't think anyone help please.

The way in which policies and procedures are updated/reviewed can differ from setting to setting. How does yours do it?

How does feedback from the children, famillies, colleagues, other agencies & professionals input or feed into that review process?

Any information you recieve throughout the year that challenges or questions practice can potentially cause a need for review - be it for positive or negative reasons.

Group providers will be expected to have written copies of any policies and procedures which are required, for example, to safeguard children or promote equality of opportunity. Providers should ensure that all members of staff have been given copies of these policies and procedures as part

of their induction, and that they are explained to, and accessible to, all parents.

Hi, thanks for the reply. In my setting we have a manager that does all the policies and up dates them on her own. We never get the chance to put our input in. I think that is why I found this hard because she doesn't allow feedback from anyone. I have managed to write a bit just hope it's enough when my tutor sees it on thursday.
