unit 337 question k3c542 please help

hello ive just stareted a new unit and stuck on the first question!
the possible effects of communication difficulties and deficits
so far ive got effects
crying, hitting,biting, kicking, low self esteem, low confidence,
crime in older children, self harming, ......

anything else i can do...?... god im really stuck!!!
any tips how to start it?

Hello, how did you get on with this one as I am just about to start it and have no idea what i am doing.

I did this as a chart. first column i wrote the difficulty i.e english as a second language, hearing impairment etc. next row was there effects on behaviour i.e. tantrums, no confidence, withdrawal from peers etc. next column was how you would deal with it i.e. eye contact, don't finish their sentances, learn makaton.
hope this helps and gets you started.
