School Ghost!!!

I work in an old school (100 years old) and have recently been told that the school is going to be re-buildt. Over the past couple of months staff have seen a female ghost upstairs. How do I find out who this might be and why they are there?

Visit your local library to see if they have any books on the history of the school/area. The building is not that old really! Any info in the school archieves?
It could be that this ghost is upset with future plans for the school???????

Thanks Mini, I think it's fasinating but she has certainly given some staff goosebumps!!!

We are in an old Chapel and we have a 'visitor' called Miss Gill who used to be a Sunday School Teacher many moons ago. She visits us from time to time and moves things about. Sometimes she takes things off the wall overnight - and sometimes whilst we are there they'll come drifting down. She's quite benign and we generally say goodnight to her when we leave. She spooks new staff out, but they generally get used to her pretty quickly - the rush of cold air every now ad then, pens rolling across desks and stuff like that.
