List the ways in which you encourage people to give you feed back on your performance- I have written about appraisal but what else can I add?
Any help on the other question would be appreciated how to create an environment where people are happy to share experiences?

Hi,
i wrote about peer observations, where each staff member observes each other from your nursery nurses to the manager and then they discuss the outcome in staff meetings. these observations can be positive or not but can help to highlight training issues and self improvement.
as for other question....
Staff meetings, one to one coaching sessions.

hope this helps :-)

Does your setting send out questionnaires to the parents? If so you could write about how these help change your practice

Don't forget what makes us all feel good - instant praise -
"That's a good idea - we'll try it out"
or something to that effect.
