yup, one of my members of staff is very hot (one way of putting it!) on wage rises.
so she was telling me as soon as we started back about it, although i had already found out!!
it is a shame that childcare settings have to take note, as in we arent really paid much above it.

working for myself as a childminder will at times give me upto 3 times what i earned as a nn. however, there are bad time 2 wen u earn nowt!
