Default MP11002 help plz!!!

Evening everyone :)
Im nearly finished this unit but have got stuck, ive been doing this solid for 12 hours to get it finished and i just cant think lol.

Identify sources of information that provide procedures for treating those affected by poisonous substances.

Is this referring to the schools policies?

any help would be appreciated
