Hiya

Why is it important to agree common objectives …

Re worded ..
In order to work together everyone must agree to have common objectives - why ?

Each of us have different expectations .. depending on experience, knowledge, personal situation and amount of responsibility placed in the role … patience and the ability to compromise are key aspects of building any working relationship .. which in turn will build the common objectives of the job in hand ... the ability to reverse all plans and go back to scratch whenever necessary is important to make sure everyone is included all of the time and all options are explored !

With ways of communicating .. who prefers which, where and how .. email me & you’ll get a thought out answer (sometimes ) but phone me and I’ll ramble on about this that and everything (possibly) !! lol

Timing ~ the time and place/venue can play a part in successful meetings/communications as well …
