Please help! Question 301 KS 18

Hello!

I am new to this so not sure how everything works, but i am in much need of help with the following question:

Question 301 Ks 18 - How to respond to children in a way that shows you value what they have to say and the types of behaviour that could show that you do not value their ideas and feelings.

Just can't get going with this one!

Please help if you can!
