Biggrin Cup To Ounces Baking Measurements!

HELP!!!! I have a muffin loaf recipe that I really want to make, but it's in an american book and I don't know what the conversion is from cups to ounces for dry weight and cups to mililitres for wet weight! I don't want to guess because I've bought Bisquick (hard to find up here!!) which was expensive and if I get it wrong......!:talktothe If anyone knows and can enlighten me I'll be eternally grateful (and full!:burp:) I'll post cake!!!

hi, not sure if it helps but a cup is 250mls or 9fl oz. Not sure about the dry weight, but will look in some books for you.
