K3D207 - what systems your setting uses to record observations - policy available from your setting re this? How these systems link into the EYFS (assuming you are in a preschool setting), or else whatever curriculum you use - are you ensuring that all areas of the curriculum are being met through reviewing observations made of children, this can then follow through to planning future activities to ensure adequate provision is being made for each child (if you go through the other K numbers etc you can cross-reference and make less work for yourself).
