Default

types of conflict-children fighting/arguing/bullying/missbehaving/having a tantrum
parents disagreeing/not liking staff/not getting along/not looking after the child/barriers etc
staff disagreeing/not working together/managment styles/bad practice/not following policies etc

genral-differing beliefs and values/diff backgrounds etc

all you have to do is say what may cause a conflict and how, then state how you would resolve it.

A parent who is unable to speak or understand english may cause miss understandings leading to conflict and communication barriers for example if the child has an accident and the parent can not understand what the early years worker is saying about what happened. to resolve a conflict that may occur the early years worker and parent could try to learn each others first language or a translater could be used.
