John Bercow MP was asked by the Secretary of State for Health and the Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families to carry out an independent review of services for children and young people with speech, language and communications needs.The interim report has now been published, which sets out the evidence presented to the review by families, schools, LAs, health services and others.
