i wonder if any one can give me some pointers on how I go about writing a bit on the following

401.2

Acknowledge your own limitations and respect the expertise and responsibilities of other professionals whilst upholding your own professional expertise

Also

Maintain relationships with other professionals which are in line with good practice, values and ethical requirements

Heres a few pointers hope they help !
professionals need to respect various views, respecting ways others work.
make sure communication is clear, message gets across, clarify.
each professional needs to establish their role and agree responsibility so all know who is doing what.
Need to respect professional boundaries so no conflicts arise, eg doing someone elses job.
Professionals must decide who to share information with and how it is to be shared, it can be very frustrating for other professionals and families if they are asking for information that has already been given.
We need to be aware of our limitations and when to ask other professionals to help.

Acknowledging own limitations is to ask when we don't know something & recognising that when something is beyond our immediate experience, to know additional skills are needed - personally or from others. Uphold your own professionalism by contributing confidently to conversations & by openly inviting differing view points.

Yes thanks Rutherhyme
I have the meeting sorted - going to do a dummy run with my colleugue to check we cover everthing - knowing us once we get going we tend to go on and on and chat about everything!!!
