Suitable areas and rooms where children feel comfortable - places that can have the ability to control noise, temperature and light levels. Where rules about mannerisms are applied appropriately for example should a child prefer eating food with their fingers rather than using cutlery this would be supported.

For 3.3 you need to look at the way special educational needs plans (
EHC) informs a setting's planning and take observations that record the interests a child has, what they struggle with and what they find enjoyable so that suitable activities can be planned that help their learning to progress.
