hi there!
stuck on one of my questions would be grateful for any help

'Summarise legislation which requires the early year’s practitioner to identify and act on support needs'

im assuming I need to talk about the SENCO code of practice but is there any other legislation I need to talk about?

thanks in advance!

Hi if you're in England the Children and Families Act 2014 contains the legislation that puts SEND code of practice in place. The Childcare Act 2006 is the legislation that England's EYFS refers to. The UNCRC requires children's rights to be upheld and the Equality Act 2010 means discrimination against an individual due to disability, gender, age, race, religion is unlawful.
