Help SOS Unit 65 Help!!

Hi guys, really need help with this one, any help at all will be appreciated!!

The questions I'm stuck on are:

As the person responsible for the day to day management of the care of a group of children you have been asked to produce the following evidence:

• an explanation of the legal status and principles of the relevant Early Years Framework and why the early years frameworks emphasise a personal and individual approach to learning and development

• an explanation of how different approaches to work with children in early years have affected current provision in the UK

Your manager has asked you to take responsibility for introducing a new member of staff to the documentation used in your room. Please explain the following:
• how you record your observations and assessments

• how you link these to the relevant early years framework used in your setting

Thanks in advance!!

Default

this is you researching the eyfs extensively then matching theoretical perspectives to it. if youre doing the cache course it gives you guidance in the learners log theres no easy route it is LOTS of reading

secnd bit is you reading the settings paperwork and writing about it linking each one to a welfare requirement pf the eyfs, reading!
