Hi there,

For SCH 32-1 I used my job description and had a look at the roles and responsibilities. I also used my setting's expectations of employee's policy, perhaps your setting has something similar?

For SCH 32-2 it's allways important that we as practitioners reflect due to the fact that children are allways developing and changing and our practice may stay the same where as the children may have evolved, always watch new members of staff and how they do things differently then reflect on yourself that way.

Hope this helps a little
