Default RE:UNIT 402 help

hi can anybody help am doing unit 402 and am a bit stuck with question
K4P778 Regulations covering manual handling and the risks associated with lifting and carrying children. The steps employers and senior colleagues in the setting or service need to take to protect themselves and other colleagues

any help would be greatly appreciated jo

I spoke about the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and Health and Safety at work 1999. If you google these will help you too. Employees are encouraged not to lift unless using suitable trolleys etc. This mechanism takes the full weight of the child therefore protecting you and them. Obviously if you can relate this to your own setting and have an example you can use this would be great

hi thanks for that need to try and get completed by tomorrow as am in college and have 3 left to do. makes it awkward as setting was closed last week so only managed to get info this week and only have 2 weeks to do them in been working till daft o clock will look at them before my kids get home cheers
