I answered these questions in one go as witness testimony, and my placement supervisor signed it and wrote a few comments.
I wrote for pc1 about how I monitor activities so that i can see what works and if i can develop an activity further or maybe i may need to re-think my plans and approach it from a different angle to include all
pc2 I went to write about my achievements how I gained my level 2 childcare, level 2 maths and english and progressing to level 3 & how proud i was of my achievements as it was millions of years since i left school lol! I wrote about what i thought my strenghts were i.e. focused, conscientious and willing to learn new things. Then I wrote about what I thought my weaknesses are.
Pc3 I wrote about how i reflect on my interactions with other whether it is with friends, colleagues, parents or children. I think about the context of the conversation was about and it i could have said things differently or possibly not at all.
PC4 & 5 I said that my colleagues and I always have a discussion after the children go home and talk about how the day went and if there was anything we could change and what we might do next time, and if I can do anything extra to support staff and children.
Pc6 I said i used reflection constantly to solve problems, and I do this by taking a step back and thinking things through, so that I can find a better way of working and improving my practice for all.
I hope this helps, i know unit 304 is a right pain but just go for it, gud luk!!
