Default SVQ level 4 The child and young person's cultural and language context

Hi I am doing my level 4 unit 412 and stuck at the knowledge question 14 The child and young person's cultural and language context don't know where to start with this one when I was doing my level 3 I wrote about sitting playing a game with two girls who were polish and they started talking to each other in their own language and how I respect that and so on but I know with level 4 I need to be more to it than this would really appreciate it for the help .
