Think about how you are inclusive of all children in your setting and how you promote equality. Think about the fact that children come from a variety of cultures and backgrounds. Also think about the fact that some children have physical and learning difficulties. You can have multicultural displays, cooking activities, dressing up clothes, celebrations etc... you can have books, magazines, displays and DVD's that promote positive images of disabled children eg "Something Special". Make sure that all children can participate in the activities you are offering eg wheelchair access. You might also consider gender equality where boys are encouraged to cook and girls are encouraged to play with cars etc....
