Help SOS Level 3 Diploma Unit 028.1

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION

Stuck on:
Explain why postive relationships with people involved in the care of children and young people are important??

People involved may include:

Colleagues
Organisational managers and supervisors
Carers/parents
Official visitors eg inspectorate for the UK home nation (Ofsted)
Other Visitors Collegues from other agencies and services (Early years)
External partners

Really struggling

you must create good working relationshps as it benefits the children and everyone else involved, this creates positive environments where children will sette better.Building od relationships with parents is also apostive tghing as parents will share information easier and take an interest in what their child is learning.It helps to have good relationships with yu colleagues as youcan support eath other and enjoy our job better.. hope this helps please change the words to yur own. Sal
