Default query re assessor

Hi all
I am new to this forum doing a NVQ3 and i would like to find out what is the procedure when an assessor does not want to look through my portfolio.

I am coming to the end of my course (end of june), she has missed all appointments to assess me and does not accept that this is wrong. I am in the process of closing down 301, 302, 303, 304 and 337.

Did one of my assessment earlier in the year but had to write up a witness testimony and reflective account for 307, 309,and got the class teacher to sign as my assessor did not come. The assessor has not accepted this and will be coming to assess these units in a week

Can you please advice me what to do - should i move to another college to complete this course.
I need all the help with 305, 308, 309

speak the the head of dept and make a formal complaint, this is unacceptable. the class teacher should have done this!

you can file a complaint and change assessors. something i did not realise until it was too late but you sound like yours is much worse. what a lazy assessor and highly unprofessional!

You should have been given a copy of the complaints procedure when you enrolled, suggest you put this into practice!!!.What you are going through is unbelievable and unacceptable.Hope you get the support you need, and a new helpful assessor.
