You train for the child, not the use of the pen - so I was told recently that although I am trained for child z and child x, I would not have to retrain to use it for them - but if child y came to me and s/he needed one, I would have to book more training!!!

Which is pretty silly if you ask me..... but nobody did.........cos child z is mine and if I can do it for him I can do it for anyone!

Have just read that back and not sure it makes sense but not sure how else to put it - having a bad day!
