Hi everyone i am currently doing my level 2 young peoples work force and am really stuck on unit 006 outcome 4 explain how a work setting can encourage children and young people's positive behaviour. I would be so, so grateful for any help.

by using lots of praise and encouragement, using stickers for good behavior ,by being a good role model.

Reward good behaviour by giving special jobs to do, show work to another teacher, give special certificate.

Also lots of praise, encouragment, setting boundaries, being consistant, good role model to the children etc.

Making sure that the setting is warm and friendly, giving special jobs i.e taking the register etc. collecting the recycled paper and giving star out for good work. and like someone else said praise for good work giving them self worth and confidence.
