Help SOS Risk assessment for an outing

Hi everyone,

Could anyone help me please. I am trying to compile a risk assessment form for an outing, and am stuck on things to put on it. So far, I have identified the following risks: transport, members of the public, animals (dogs), medical needs. I know there are a lot more risks to identify when taking children (under 5's) on an outing, but I can't seem to think of anything else, and obviously, as it's the weekend I can't ask my setting. I want to be able to hand this piece in on Monday, so any suggestions would be greatly received.

Thank you

It depends where you are going as if you are going to a nature reserve a risk is that the children don't eat the bird seeds, if a zoo are any children allergic to the animals does the transport have seatbelts and enough booster seats is the staff ratio correct do the children have to cross a road to get to the transport hope this gives you some help

Thank you for your response, the scenario is a trip to a mosque, I have covered all the areas that I can think of. I'll soon know when I hand it in to my tutor on Monday
