Hi everyone, Have just started my NVQ 4 and have not done any units yet! Have been asked to choose optional units and was wondering if anyone had any comments on optional units are some worse than others? Is there any you would not choose if you had to do again? are units 408 to 411 so simular that choosing them makes it hard to think of new things to write or were you able to just cross reference?

surprised if you havent done any units yet you are being asked to choose your optional my assessor wants me to work through in order however 404 is the very last one you do due to it being reflective. Yes they can be cross ref i am doing 409,410, 407,406 and 408 i have found that alot of the questions and pcs relate to other units and that you can cross ref alot of the knowledge questions against 403 which is a beast to do

Thanks for that I'v heard 403 is the hardest unit, but just looking at the questions they all look horried to me, hence trying to choose 5 units now when I'v done nothing is so confusing.

I agree 403 is a Horrible unti , especially the age related knowledge questions !
I am really struggling with point 6 !

hi little miss ocd as you are doing your nvq 4 i take it that you have used this forum before please coould you help a newby i have not got a clue how to post questions and am running out of time to finish my nvq2

Thank you Sarah, well done and how luck are you to be finished. Have now had 3 units signed off including 403 and hoping to get another unit signed off wed. I'm so looking forward to having my weekends back again.
