Default HeLP WITH MY FIRST REFLECTION PLEASE

Hi everyone . I have just started CCLD Level 2 . Iv completed the knowledge questions, but am now struggling with the reflections i have been told to do. I have 2 different sheets/forms and am not sure on which i record my reflection. What format are the reflection pages ? Basically what do they look like , so i know then which to use. Iv got a rough idea of what to put on it , at least i think
Thanks ahead

first you describe what you have done then explain why you did it that way then say how you would improve it or do it different next time.

all training providers have different forms for candidates to use as their reflective accounts.

the form should say its a reflective account form.

usually it will say

name, unit title and number and what element you are covering

activity/incident title

date of activity/ incident

what performance criteria covered

it will the say something like USE THIS FORM TO WRITE ABOUT ACTIVITIES OR INCIDENTS YOU HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN. SAY WHAT YOUR ROLE WAS, WHAT YOU DID AND WHY. COMMENT ON THE OUTCOME. COMMENT ON WHAT YOU COULD DO TO IMPROVE.

xx
