Default please help, reflection! how can i word this for my assessor in the morning???

im being assessed in the morning and ive been told that she will ask about reflective practice and what would i do differently.

as a mum i feel ive been too soft, too friendly........ and some children dont treat me like they do the teacher unless i speak more sternly!

if i were to do it again i wouldnt be as afraid to tell them off if u see what i mean.

how do i word that without rambling? lol

she did tell me after my last assessment i done great but for me not to be afraid to raise my voice........

Good luck with your assessment tomorrow!

I would word it like this.........."I feel that, on some occasions, I have been too lenient with the children and, on reflection, in these instances I need to be more authoratative with them so that they will start to show me the same respect as they do the other members of staff in the setting."

Does that help?
