Help SOS K3S298 not sure what else to put, any help would great

Why it is important that all dietary information is documented and shared with others e.g. food allergies

It important to document and share any dietary information with others because:
some allergies can lead to the child be taken very ill or even death

cant think of any more to put any help woul be great

incase there are any religious or cultrual reasons .....I googled food restrictions and lots of info on various religions came up. Hope that helps.

I think that the allergies and cultural/religious issues covers it all. If you want to pad it out a bit then you could write about what could happen if a child who was allergic to fish was given fish fingers for tea or
A vegetarian child was given meat. What might the parents say or do?
