Help SOS EDUC 2004, Workplace Organisation and Management.

Hi, just wanted to ask if anyone has done a unit on motivation and job satisfaction.EDUC 2004, Workplace Organisation and Management.
I need to describe the factors within my workplace which contribute to job satisfaction and suggest ways in which motivation might be improved. Using theories etc.(I/O theory, E.R.G.theory, Maslows theory)
I sort of understand the question, but as i have nothing to do with management, feel a little out of water. Wondered if anyone had done something similar??

any help would be gratefully received
