imortance everyone needs some form of physical exercise to help children's growing bodies also help the enjoyment of exercise .exercise helps circulation ,digestion, muscle and motor skills,bone strength appetites,balance and co ordination skills lung capacity,release stress and help social skills

requirement all the equipement your setting supplies for exercise indoors like stair or dance all outdoor play equipment

the requirement is what they eyfs says about it ie that children should do it!

I think it the statutory guidance - there might be something about adequate space, age/stage appropriate equipment. Needs to be accessable to all.
