implement improvements to the service as a result of monitoring and review processes.... completely lost the will to live on this one my mind gone blank !

you regularly review your service?? using you sef or parent meetings, questionnaires etc?? you monitor your provision ensuring accessibility and inclusion so with all of that data how do you then make improvements?
