Why not? If you get a good team willing to share the load with you it should be do-able, surely?

hallo Cabin..

i really need big help on

Devise an activity plan for an activity that will promote children’s self-esteem and self confidence.
Explain how children’s self esteem influences their approach to learning (and how this prevents early failure) and how the childcare practitioner can support and encourage self confidence.

Can u advise me anythin, right now im really stacked.

thank you
from sani

Sani
Have you tried doing a forum search for the unit you are doing, if you do you should be able find lots of good advise - it's a subject that comes up often.

Things you need to remember are to keep activities acheivable and set to the level of the indivual child.....if you give a child a 'task' (for want of better word!) that they have no hope of achieving- in the end they will give up trying and feel a failure, and this is a feeling they could very possibly take through life with them.
Have to go 'cos I'm in a rush - but please try and do a forum search as there is lots on here about this subject.
