Help SOS childminder doing NVQ4

Hi there, i am a childminder who has just started my NVQ4, is there anyone else out there mad enough to do this, i am finding it really difficult, getting my head around it, by the time ive finished minding, done my paperwork for that, i have zero brain cells left... can anyone give me some pointers or help!? I'm currently stuck on knowledge on 402...
