Default settling in forms

Hi all ,just started as leader in a setting but the leader before me has lost all our settling in forms.would anyone be able to email a copy to me or where can i find them on line looked everywhere just got the eyfs cd-rom but that was no good help!!

When you say settling in forms do you mean the info on the children ie registration forms or their likes dislikes etc

Hi sorry i didnt make it very clear,but after a child has joined the setting we then do what we call a settling in form but its like an observation sheet of what the child likes dislikes who they have made friends with etc this then gos in their development folder.i dont know where to get these from.do the rest of you do this or do you just start doing obs so that you know which stage of development the child is at??any advice would be great

I've made one for my setting and it works well. If you pm me the email address then i'll send you a copy.

Our "Learning Journeys" start with an "All about Me" sheet which the parent fills in with their child before they start with us. At the end of their first term we send out our "first term" summary along with any photos and observations we have made on their child.
