I'm trying to write an assignment on these knowledge but I can't get my head round where to start Any assistance or pointers of where to start would be great

K3D522: How to establish the level of assistance with self care that children require. Why it is important for them to be independent

K3H525: Why it is important to provide diet and exercise according to best practice and what this is.

Hi,
for this i put something along the lines of
i encourage children to do as much for themselves and then if they still need help i'm there to give it it boost confidence, and is important for them to become indepentant it makes them feel like they have control over thier body and makes them feel good about them selves.
