Hi,

can anyone give me an example of how to answer this without puting my setting in too bad a light. Communication is a weak point to say the least and I have lots of examples but all make setting look bad.

Any help would be much appreciated.

when there is a disagreement between adults....best thing is to stay calm....it can prevent a heated argument.
parents- listen to them properly and dont interrupt conversations as they wont be able to express their concern because of us being dominant

just explain how ur behaviour should be with other adults and then give examples of negative behaviour that can lead to bad feelings, gossip etc

Hi, this performance criteria may well be met under observation quite simply because of your post !!

Has your assessor or tutor specifically asked you to write an account for it or will you be able to explore the problems that exist in a professional discussion / observation with them ?

In the meantime would it help get to grips with the problems by looking at them objectively and begin sentences such as ' In the instance where xx fails - xx could be suggested as a solution'

I wait to stand corrected but would think NVQ is about your personal perception of how things could and should work, based on and around your workplace experiences & knowledge .. if you know what the problems are .. you may have some idea of how they could be resolved, all good ideas for written content, and possibly to help improve or change the direction of the communication systems you are working with at the moment ..
