Notebook can you tell the differance?

afternoon can somebody help me with two knowledge questions for 316 identify the types of childminding srevices that parents require and how you will be able to meet these needs. and also work with families to asess their requirements. they seem more or less the same answer.???????

Think I'd go with the first - looking directly at what childcare was needed etc

and the second what the family in general may need - awareness of tax-credits, extra support if needed (SEN or similar) even about community events.
