Smile NVQ level4

hello there,
i was just wondering if someone can help me??
I've been told that by 2010 every setting should have a level 4? :reading: When I asked our local education he didn't know what I was on about
So I thought I would come to people who know what there talking about and that can put me in right direction!
Think I will do it any way??

Thanks in advance

San

I'm not sure if its compulsory across the board, level three is sufficient. If you work in a centre that provides Flying Start then i think that they are aiming for Managers to have NVQ level 4, as it has the management units, all support staff are being encouraged to do the Foundation Degree
