Data procection

I just need to do a few lines about data procection for my child development project then i have done it at last.

303.1. PC 8 - implement data proctection procedures

K3D202 - Secrity and data proction arrangments for storing and retriveing infromation in your setting

now i dont have a data procetion policy as not regidster with data protection

This is just about where you keep documents.. eg locked filing cabinet, who has access, when, how you store confidential data, and how you make it accessible, who you would pass info on to if anyone, parental permission for this etc.

well i have wrote about what you said in other pices of work but as confideality not data protection - so will that cover it?

If you feel you have covered this adequately in other work, you can cross reference or re-submit the work already done with a note of the pc/knowledge for you assessor to make a judgement. There shouldn't be any need to do the work again if it has already been done. Hope this is helpful to you.
