Default Unit 402 : children's rights and laws covering equality

Hi sorry I am back, Nearly finished this unit but need to cover a few Knowledge questions can anyone help please.

K4P775 Legislation covering children's rights and laws covering equality and inclusion within your home country. how these are interpreted and implemented in your local area and within your setting or services.

and

KAD783 What barriers to participation and difficulties in accessing provision and services might be, eg language, mobility: lack of information about services, apprehension about how children will fare using services and how you would use policies and procedures to ensure these were recognised and addressed.

This unit is driving me mad now and I just want it done, please help!!!!!!!

i wrote about the following for k4p775 i wrote what act was, how it helped our setting and child care in general. benefits for children etc.
The children act 1989 (came into force in 1991)
The UN Convention on the rights of the child.(came into force in 1991
Articles 3,6,7,9,12,13,14,15,18,19,23,24,26,27,28,32,37
The education act 1996
Human Rights act 1998 (came into force Oct 2000)
Data protection act 1998
Care standards act 2000
Race relations amendment act 2000
Special educational needs and disability act 2001 Senda
Every child matters 2003
The children act 2004 (law in Nov 04)
Childcare act 2006

For k4d783 i wrote about
accessing provision eg mobility etc.

language eg english as a 2nd language.

Lack of informion about setting in area.

Meeting children’s needs in the setting ref inclusion policy, how you meet all childrens needs.

Apprehension of staff regarding children
There are 2 ways of looking at disability:
The medical model- this views disability as a problem, it is seen as irreversible and ensures the child won’t be able to take part in the groups activities, it looks at the disability not the child.
The social model – this views disability as not a problem, we just adapt what we do to help the child take part.

Thanks for that, I have already writen about the acts and how they relate to our policies and procedures, but my assessor said that was not enough to cover the first statement. I am not quite sure what else to write. Thanks for the second bit though that does help.
