Hi, welcome to the site xx

The factors are
  • the individual needs, age and abilities of the children and young people
  • specific risks to individuals such as pregnancy, sensory impairments .
  • the needs of carers where relevant.
  • the function and purpose of environments and services offered.
  • duty of care
  • desired outcomes for the children and young people
  • lines of responsibility and accountability
CYP 3.4 unit information

To read more about each of these points open this link to amazon.co.uk and use the 'look inside' feature of the CYPW level 3 handbook.
When you see the cover picture scroll down 2 pages then click the link that says 8 Support children and young people's health and safety: unit CYP Core 3.4 page 142

Hope this helps, best wishes
